材料 Ingredients:
二十五隻雞中翼（九百八十克）25 chicken wings (980g)
三百毫升生抽 300ml soy sauce
七十毫升老抽 70ml dark soy sauce
一百克冰糖 100g rock sugar
兩片拍鬆了的薑 2 slices of crushed ginger
一個紅蔥頭，切半拍鬆 1 shallot, halved adn crushed
兩粒八角 2 star anise
兩片月桂葉 2 bay leaves
一茶匙麻油 1tsp sesame sauce
一茶匙玫瑰露 1tsp Xiaoshing wine
五百毫升清水 500ml water
