Recipe Ingredients:
Lentils:
Chickpea Splits 3cups *(Soak these prior 2hours)*
Red Lentils 1cup *(Soak these prior 2hours)*
Crushed Wheat/ Dalia 1cup *(Soak these prior 2hours)*
Salt for lentils 2-2.5tsp according to taste, not more than 2.5tsp
Water for lentils 7-10cups for boiling not more than 10, or split water quantity in 7 cups for pressure cooker and 3cups afterwards.
For Chicken:
Oil 1cups
Chicken with bone 1kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbs
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Haleem Masala:
1cup water
Black Cumin 1tbs
White Cumin 1tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1tbs (don't use fine powder, it will ruin color of dish)
Star Anise 1/2star
Cinnamon 1small piece
Green Cardamom 2pcs
Seeds of Black Cardamom 4-8
Nutmeg a dash
Mace a dash
