配方 Ingredients:
高筋面粉350克 (2.5 杯）
Bread flour or all purpose flour 350 g (2.5 cups)
温牛奶250毫升
Lukewarm milk 250 ml
酵母3克（1 茶勺）
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖30克（2 勺）
White sugar 30 g (2 tbsp)
盐3克 (1/2 茶勺）
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
无盐黄油20克 (1 大勺）
Unsalted butter 20 g (1 tbsp)
椰蓉丝40克（4勺）
Shredded Coconut 40 g (4 tbsp)
葡萄干70克 (半杯)
Raisin 70 g (1/2 cup)

烤盘43×33厘米
pan size 43×33 cm

预热好的烤箱175℃/350℉烤22-25分钟至金黄
bake in a preheated oven at 175℃/350℉ for
22-25 minutes until golden brown
