Let's make a Spicy Cream Tteokbokki called Maecatteok(maeun carabonara tteokbokki)in Korean.
Tteokbokki is one of Korean's favorite food.

I am aware of what authentic carbonara is and name is not my invention; I merely recreated existing menus in Korean snack diners.
because koreans are more familiar with the american cream sauce.

* ingredients
150g sylinder shaped rice cake(garatteok or tteokbokki-tteok, you can find it at korean market)
brocooli, sausage or bacon, 100ml heavy cream, 100ml milk(Add more milk if it’s too thick)
0.5 Tbs gochujang (*optional), 1Tbs red pepper powder(optional)
salt&pepper, cheddar cheese
