[ Ingredients ]
A - Chocolate：60g
A - Butter：40g
A - Granulated sugar：20g
A - Honey：20g
A - Heavy cream：30g
B - Cake flour：30g
B - Almond powder：10g
1 whole egg
Walnuts：40g

[Instructions ]
1. Mix A over hot water bath.
2. Crack 1 whole egg into 1 and mix well.
3. Sift B into the mixture, mix well, and add walnuts.
4. Prepare lined cake pan and pour dough.
5. Preheat oven to 180℃, bake at 170℃ for 25 minutes.

[ How to temper chocolate by seeding ]
1. Chop chocolate and divide 3:1.
2. Heat 3 of 3:1 chocolate to 45℃ and melt completely.
3. Pour 1 of 3:1 unmelted chocolate into melted chocolate, mix slightly and leave it for 2 minutes.
4. Mix thoroughly until it gets to 27℃.
5. Tempering test: spread a little amount on spatula, chill in the fridge for 3 minutes.
6. If it hardens, then it's good. If it's not glossy but murky at this time, it's OK.
