糯米团子 土豆造型 Potato-shaped Dango

只用糯米粉做出来的团子或汤圆比较Q弹,但放冷后会变硬。其实你可以先用热水把糯米粉烫一烫,然后再加适量的水把它揉成团。这样做出来团子或汤圆放凉后会保持q弹,不会变硬。

土豆的形状不一,所以这个造型显得相对简单。有兴趣的朋友可以试一试。

紫薯馅:
1)紫薯泥 – 100g
2)白糖 – 20g
3)食用油 – 1/2 tsp

土豆皮材料:
1)糯米粉 – 100g
2)开水 (boiling water) – 50g
3)水 – 30-40g
4)黄豆粉 – 2 tbsp
5)黑芝麻粉 – 1 1/2 tsp
