Ingredients:
1 ripe banana(100 g without peel)
90 g rolled oats(~1 cup)
25 g coconut flakes(1/3 cup)
2 tbsp cocoa/ carob powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tbsp mapple syrup
250 ml of your favorite milk(1 cup)
almond flakes for decoratiuon(optional)
and some chocolate chips(optional)
bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F
18 x 13 cm baking dish/ 7 x 5 inches
