INGREDIENTS:
Pasta
2 cups all purpose flour
5-6 egg yolks
1/4 cup water (add more if too dry)
2 tsp salt
1/4 olive oil

Sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup grated parmesan
salt & black pepper to taste
fresh lemon juice to finish

Garnish:
fried capers
torn basil and celery leaves
grated parmesan
