When you are doing butt workouts or any lower body workout really, you will usually feel the burn in your butt and thighs if you are activating the right muscles. This booty workout / challenge takes this to the next level by focusing on isometric exercises that give you *just the burn* It's short, it's intense and it's actually fun to see if you can complete the entire butt workout.
