Waterway Cascadia is a project at Punggol that was launched in the July BTO in 2012. Like Waterway Terraces that we've reviewed previously, this is one of those projects that is situated along My Waterway @ Punggol, but this has the added benefit of some of the blocks having a stunning sweeping view of Sungei Punggol and the greenery beyond it. It's a truly magnificent that doesn't even look like Singapore, and definitely a unique touch for the fortunate ones that enjoy such a facing.

In the video, it was said that the MRT is just 6 minutes away - this is incorrect. The MRT is a 10-12 minute walk away.
