Daily Routines Of My Life - SPRING (Story 74)
Spring is here! Life is beautiful:)
Gluten Free Bread Recipe:
Soak 1 cup of quinoa & 3/4 cup millet overnight
Drain the quinoa and millet in the morning and place in a bowl with 2 cups of oat flour (blend 2.5 cups of rolled oats in a blender to get flour)
add 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, 1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup flax seeds, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1.5 tsp salt, spoonful of honey (optional)
mix to combine, and slowly add 1 cup of water until the mixture resembles what it looks like in the video
Place into a parchment lined bread pan and bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
Let cool for 2 hours before slicing
