This is the EASIEST and MOST DELICIOUS garlic cheese bread recipe!


180ml Warm milk
12g white sugar 1tbsp
3g active dry yeast 1tsp
250g all-purpose or bread flour 1+2/3cups
3g salt 1/2tsp
15g olive oil or melted butter 1tbsp

15g garlic
15g green onion
30g softened unsalted butter
a pinch of salt
mozzarella cheese
At 356 F/180 C bake for 20-25 minutes

1cup=250ml 1tbsp=15ml 1tsp=5ml
