Better yet, it all comes together quickly, so you don’t even have to save this divine dish for special occasions – whip it out on weeknights, then sit back and watch the satisfied smiles descend. You can totally use store-bought char siu instead with this Chinese recipe, but I promise you the extra step to make your own (and it’s literally just a case of bunging ingredients in a bowl and mixing them) and absolutely worth going the extra mile. Seek out maltose and red fermented tofu from an Asian grocery store, as they totally maketh the dish. This is one beef and broccoli stir-fry you need on repeat!
