Hari ini, Pufflova membuat kue cokelat yang muncul di film Matilda (1996). Dalam film tersebut, ada seorang anak bernama Bruce Bogtrotter yang dihukum oleh gurunya karena mencuri kue. Bruce dihukum untuk menghabiskan 1 loyang besar kue cokelat. Murid-murid yang lain mendukung Bruce untuk menghabiskan kue nya, tapi apakah Bruce berhasil?

Di film aslinya, Bruce mamakan kue yang besarnya 18 inchi. Tapi hari ini Pufflova hanya membuat resep untuk porsi kecil ya(loyang 15 cm).

Resep Cake Cokelat / Devil's food cake (loyang 15cm):
150 gr tepung terigu protein rendah (kunci biru)
198 gr gula pasir
30 gr bubuk cokelat
1 1/2 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt baking soda
1 telur
120 ml susu
120 ml air mendidih
120 ml minyak sayur
1 sdt ekstrak vanila

Today, Pufflova make a famous chocolate cake from the movie Matilda (1996). Do you remember Bruce Bogtrotter? The kid that stole his teacher’s cake. His teacher, Ms. Trunchbull, punished him to eat a whole big cake! Other students cheer him to finish the cake. Does he succeed?

I use a small pan today. I’m not as stronger as Bruce who can eat a whole 18-inch chocolate cake. But I promised I eat all of them too :)

Matilda inspired Chocolate Cake Recipe / Devil's food cake (6 inch pan):
150 gr cake flour
198 gr granulated sugar
30 gr cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 sdt baking soda
1 egg
120 milk
120 ml boiling water
120 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
