Kadhi pakora is a legendary food of Pakistan. Kadhi Pakoda is a gravy made with buttermilk and gram flour cooked for a long time and pakoras are vegetable fritters that are added to kadhi after frying them. Kadhi is made in various ways such as using jaggery or mixing with some vegetables such as okra. We in this video, are going to make Punjabi kadhi pakora which is the most famous variant of kadhi.

Written Ingredients:
Butter Milk 2ltr
Curd 1/2kg
Water 1.5cup[s
Gram Flour 2cups
Mustard Oil 250gms
Onion 2medium
Tomato 3medium
Fenugreek Seeds 1/2tsp
Cumin Seeds 1tsp
Curry Leaves 3
Garlic Paste 1tbs
Salt 2.5tsp (Total)
Red Chilli Powder 2tsp
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
Fenugreek leaves 1tsp
Green Chillies 6

For Pakoras:
Potato 1kg
Onion 2medium
Spinach Handful
Green Chillies 4
Gram Flour 6 cups
Salt 2.5tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2.5tsp
Coriander Powder 1tsp
Buttermilk 2cups
Fenugreek Leaves 1tbs
Mustard Oil for Frying
