材料/Ingredients:
二百克甜菜脯 200g Preserved sweet radish
三隻雞蛋 3 eggs
四分一茶匙胡椒粉 1/4tsp ground pepper
兩茶匙薑米 2tsp chopped ginger
一湯匙紅蔥頭碎 1tbsp finely chopped shallots
一湯匙蒜頭碎 1tbsp finely chopped garlic
