EASY PALAK TOFU RECIPE | HOW TO MAKE VEGAN PALAK PANEER

LEARN HOW TO MAKE AN EASY VEGAN PALAK PANEER RECIPE AT HOME!

LAY HO MA!! You're in for a real treat! This delicious Indian spinach recipe is incredibly easy to make and is one of my absolute favourites. Join me in this episode and learn how to make a delightful vegan palak paneer recipe right at home. Let's begin

Ingredients:
3 pieces of garlic
1 onion
medium piece ginger
1 tomato
1lb extra firm tofu
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp salt
1 long green chili pepper
1 cup coconut cream
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp garam masala
300g spinach

Directions:
1. Roughly chop the garlic. Dice the onion, ginger, and tomato
2. Pat dry the tofu with some paper towel. Then, slice into bite sized cubes
3. Heat up a sauté pan to medium heat. Add in the grapeseed oil
4. Add the cumin and coriander seeds. Cook for about 45sec
5. Add the onions, garlic, ginger, and salt. Sauté for 5-7min
6. Add the tomatoes and one finely chopped long green chili pepper. Sauté for 4-5min
7. Add the coconut cream and stir for about a minute to incorporate the coconut cream
8. Add and stir in the turmeric and garam masala. Then, add about 200g of the spinach. When the spinach cooks down, add in the remaining 100g of spinach
9. Transfer the mixture to the blender and blitz on medium to medium high for about 15sec
10. Pour the mixture back into the sauté pan. Then, add in the tofu and gently stir on medium heat for 1-2min
