Ingredients:

2 zucchini
1 teaspoon salt
mix and leave for 10-15 minutes
squeeze the juice
3 potatoes
3 medium eggs
50 ml milk(1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
chives/ green onion
70 g cheese(2.5 oz)
3 tablespoons semolina
50 g oat flour(~ 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon baking powder
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C /360°F
