材料: 去骨雞腿1隻、薯條1包、綠虎皮辣椒2根、紅辣椒2根、洋菇10顆、鹽醃火腿3片、香菜2株、起士絲1杯、蛋2顆、聖女番茄5顆、洋蔥1/2顆、蒜末、番茄醬、黑胡椒、麵包
1. 將鹽火腿煎出油脂後,取出備用
2. 洋蔥切丁、綠虎皮椒切片、紅辣椒切碎、薯條切段、番茄對切
3. 雞腿入鍋煸出雞油,等雞皮煎焦香後,取出切丁再放回鍋中
4. 開大火,放入洋蔥、綠虎皮椒、紅辣椒,拌炒
5. 洋菇、番茄、薯條入鍋,翻炒後加入適量番茄醬
6. 加一碗水,蓋鍋蓋燜煮
7. 加入雞蛋、鋪上起士絲,鋪上香菜後再蓋鍋蓋,稍微一下
8. 最後加入鹽醃火腿,撒上黑胡椒,鍋邊擺上麵包片,完成
