We tried to make Soy sauce & Miso! | How to make traditional seasonings
We tried our hand at making two traditional Japanese condiments: soy sauce and miso! Whether we can successfully complete it is yet to be seen. Because it will be at least six months before it is completed.
Sutan learned that soy sauce and miso are made from soybeans.
May they mature well!
