Soft Raisin Bread ▏Soft Dinner Rolls 葡萄干牛奶面包这个配方太好了,无糖无鸡蛋不揉膜,松软拉丝香甜,手法简单易做。

Ingredients 配方:

Fresh milk 240 ml 鲜牛奶240毫升
instant dry yeast 4 g / 1 tsp 高活性干酵母4克
unsalted butter 25 g 无盐黄油25克
condensed milk 30 ml / 2 tbsp 炼乳30毫升
all-purpose flour or bread flour 300 g / 2 cups + 1 tbsp 中筋面粉或面包高筋面粉300克
salt 3 g/ 1/2 tsp 盐3克
Raisin 60-80 g 1/3 or 1/2 cup 葡萄干60-80克

pan size 23 ㎝×33 cm 烤盘尺寸 23×33厘米

Bake in preheated oven at 175℃/350℉ for 15 minutes or until brownish top
放进预热好的烤箱175℃/350华氏度烤15分钟或至表面金黄,出炉
