DRIED RED CHILLI – 1, CHOPPED
SUJI/ RAVA/ SEMOLINA (FINE) – 1 CUP
FENNEL SEEDS – 1 TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS – 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS – 1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER – 10 TO 12
ROASTED PEANUT – 2 TABLE SPOON
MUNG DAL – ½ CUP (SOAKED FOR 2 HOURS)
TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ TSP
HING (ASAFOETIDA) – ¼ TSP + 2 PINCH
GINGER PASTE – 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI – 2+2, FINELY CHOPPED
CURRY LEAF – 8 TO 10 LEAVES
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS – ½ TSP
SESAME SEEDS – 1 TSP

COCONUT (CHOPPED) – ½ CUP
CHANA DAL (ROASTED) – 3 TABLE SPOON
GREEN CHILLI – 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
SALT – ½ TSP

LEMON JUICE – 1 TSP
