It has been 1yr since my last brisket! So, it about time I cook a brisket, but not any brisket THE BEST BRISKET I HAVE EVER COOKED IN MY LIFE. This was absolute perfection in every way. Great seasoning, amazing flavor and most important of all DEEEEELICIUS.

HOW TO COOK 20lbs BRISKET SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 44hrs @ (140°F / 60°C)
