Steam chicken is very famous all over the world. Today I am going to make chicken steam roast Pakistani style which is very famous in the country and is made widely in functions and ceremonies. chicken steam roast is a very delicious and oil-free recipe. This steam roast is cooked by grilling the chicken and followed by steaming it. Which makes it very tender and soft.
Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg (full chicken)
1st Marination-
Salt 1tsp
Yogurt 1cup
Garlic 4cloves
Green Chilies 4

2nd Marinatrion:
Yogurt 1cup
Chat Masala 1tbs
Red Chili 1tsp
Milk Cream 75ml or 1/4cup

Main Utensils:
Grill for Grilling
Steamer for Steaming
