Resep Banana Cake (loyang ukuran 26 cm x 10 cm)

Bahan:
3 butir telur
100 gr gula pasir
230 gr pisang ambon lumut (sangat matang)
70 gr Anchor Unsalted Butter
70 gr Anchor Tinned Salted Butter atau Anchor Salted Butter
110 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
½ sdt garam
20 gr susu bubuk
1 sdt baking powder

Langkah:
1. Panaskan oven di suhu 170 derajat
2. Campurkan Anchor Unsalted Butter dengan Anchor Tinned Salted Butter kemudian lelehkan dengan microwave selama 30 detik, aduk
3. Hancurkan pisang dengan garpu lalu tuang lelehan butter, aduk rata
4. Tambahkan garam, baking powder, dan susu bubuk, aduk rata lalu masukkan tepung terigu sambil disaring, aduk hingga rata
5. Kocok telur dan masukkan gula secara perlahan, kocok hingga pucat dan mengembang
6. Campurkan sedikit adonan telur ke dalam campuran pisang, aduk rata
7. Masukkan campuran pisang ke dalam telur, aduk perlahan hingga rata
8. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang telah dialasi baking paper kemudian panggang selama 40 menit
9. Banana cake siap dihidangkan

Banana Cake Recipe (pan size: 26 cm x 10 cm / 10” x 4”)

Ingredients:
3 pc egg
100 g sugar
230 g very ripe Pisang Ambon Lumut
70 g Anchor Unsalted Butter
70 g Anchor Tinned Salted Butter or Anchor Salted Butter
110 g all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
20 g powdered milk
1 tsp baking powder

Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Combine Anchor Unsalted Butter with Anchor Tinned Salted Butter. Melt it in a microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
3. Mash the bananas with a fork and add the melted butter in. Stir.
4. Add salt, baking powder, and powdered milk. Mix well, then sift the flour in. Mix evenly.
5. Whisk the eggs and add sugar bit by bit. Whisk until it pales and expands.
6. Add a bit of the egg mix into the banana batter. Mix well.
7. Add the banana batter into the egg mix. Fold slowly until everything’s mixed evenly.
8. Pour the batter into a pan lined with baking paper. Bake for 40 minutes.
9. Banana Cake is ready to serve.
