Sugar 30g | 4Tbsp
Salt 2.5g | 1/2tsp
Water 170ml+-
Whole egg 30g | 2Tbsp
Instant yeast 3g | 1tsp
Cream cheese 30g|2Tbsp
Unsalted butter 15g|1Tbsp
Unsalted butter 60g|4Tbsp
Egg wash (1Tbsp whole egg & 1Tbsp milk)
Sugar as needed
Bake at 180°C|350°F for 15-17 minutes
