配方Ingredients:
酵母3克
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖15克 (1勺)
Granulated Sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
牛奶160毫升
Mike 160 ml
植物油15毫升(1勺)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
鸡蛋一个
Whole egg 1 (55 g +-)
高筋面粉/面包粉280克(2杯)
Bread flour or all-purpose flour 280 g (2 cups)
盐1.5克(1/4茶勺)
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
泡打粉1.5克 (1/2 茶勺)
Baking powder 1.5 g (1/2 tsp)
2个熟透香蕉
2 Ripe Bananas
红糖40克(1/3杯)
Brown sugar 40 g (1/3 cup)
桂皮粉4克 (1/2勺)
Cinnamon powder 4 g (1/2 tbsp)
蛋液
Egg wash
预热好的烤箱175℃/350华氏度烤15分钟至表面发黄
Bake in a preheated oven at 175℃/350℉ for 15 minutes until golden brown
