My favourite Blueberry Muffins Cake Recipe ▏Simplest & Soft like a sponge cake ▏
我最喜欢的蓝莓马芬蛋糕,零失败 ,松软又香甜。
Ingredients 配方:
Fresh blueberry 200 g 新鲜的蓝莓200克
Cake flour 250 g (1.5 cup +4 tbsp) 低筋面粉250克
Granulated Sugar 115 g (1/2 cup) 白糖115克
Baking powder 4 g (1/2 tbsp) 泡打粉4克
Baking soda 3 g (1/2 tsp) 小苏打粉3克
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp) 盐1.5克
1 % low fat buttermilk 225 g (1 cup) 低脂酪乳(酪浆/白脱牛奶)225克(1% low fat buttermilk)
Whole egg 56 g 鸡蛋一个 带皮重56克
Vanilla extract 5 ml ( 1 tsp) 香草精 5毫升
Canola oil or corn oil or other vegetable oil 40 g (1/4 cup) 色拉油或玉米油等植物油40克
Bake in preheated oven at 200℃/400℉ for 17 minutes or until brownish top
预热好的烤箱200℃/400华氏度烤17分钟至表面发黄
