250 g bread flour
35 g butter

300 g milk, 20 g butter
3 yolks, 60g sugar
12g all-purpose flour, 7g corn starch
Dark chocolate 80g, Nutella (chocolate jam) 50g---Nutella can be replaced with dark chocolate 30g
