家里有西红柿的试试这个免揉面包,超级好吃又健康营养的起司/芝士面包 西红柿面包,不加牛奶不加水,表皮酥脆,里面松软拉丝,这样做连吃七天都不腻。
Cheese Bread with Fresh Tomato Very Delicious No knead Bread No Milk No Water
Ingredients 配方:
Instant dry yeast 3 g 1 tsp 酵母3克
sugar 15 g 1 tbsp 白糖15克
salt 5 g 1 tsp 盐5克
olive oil 15 ml 1 tbsp 橄榄油15毫升
all-purpose flour or bread flour 400 g 中筋面粉或高筋面粉面包粉400克
whole egg 55 g 鸡蛋一个55克
tomato juice 250 g 250克番茄汁
Green peas 40 g 青豆粒40克
Corn kernels 20 g 玉米粒20克
Mozzarella cheese 70 g or more 马苏里拉奶酪70克或多点都可以的
炒菜油5毫升
Vegetable oil 5 ml 1 tsp
preheat oven & bake at 180℃ / 356 ℉ for 18 mins or until brownish top 预热好的烤箱180℃ / 356 华氏度烤18分钟
pan size 43×29 cm 烤盘尺寸 43×29 cm
