I made Wagashi "Nerikiri".Nerikiri is one of famous Japanese traditional candy.
It's very sweet,supple texture and goes with Japanese green powderd tea"Matcha".
Nerikiri is often tinted and molded in ways similar to the treatment of marzipan.
This time,I made Nerikiri and dye it rainbow colors.

ingredients

shiroan 200g
shiratamako 10g
water 20cc
food dye(natural) red,blue,yellow
