Ingredients

For the Sauce
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp palm sugar, honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Garlic Shrimp
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 bulb of garlic, peeled and pounded or chopped (approximately 10 to 13 garlic cloves)
2 lb jumbo shrimp, head removed and deveined
2 green onions, chopped
2 thai chili, chopped (optional)
Lemon wedges
