Ingredients -1piece ( 15cm round frame)

Cream Cheese 113g - 1/2 cup
80g - 1/3 cup milk
14 g butter -1 tablespoon
3 yolks
vanilla extract (paste ) - a little (can be omitted)
0.5 g salt
Starch 32 g - 4 tablespoons( flour-replaceable)(Almond powder can also be replaced)
3 egg whites
50g - 1/4 cup sugar

Mix enough cream cheese at first.
When mixing with milk, be sure to add a small amount of warm milk at first
After mixing to some extent, you can add the rest of the milk
The convention oven was easy to burst and the convection function was turned off and baked. 

1 hour baking
130 degrees before baking
Cooking 130 degrees 30 minutes
Leave the oven door open (about 2-3 cm).
Lowering the temperature to 120 degrees
Baking for 5 minutes
The top of the cake turns brown
Lowering the temperature to 110 degrees
Bake for 25 minutes
