granulated garlic- 5 g (0.18 oz)
olive oil - 50 ml (⅕ cup)

potatoes - 1 kg (2.2 lb)
onion - 250 g (8.8 oz)
olive oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic - 3 cloves
Tray diameter 23 cm (9 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/1 HOUR
