2 years ago I suffered a L5S1 Disk Bulge which left me unable to train for over 6 months and unable to walk for 2. It is something that I have been working to recovery from since it happened and know I will have to manage it longterm, including flare ups. Recently it had been causing me some issues and I have been on minimal training and reduced activity for nearly 2 months now. Here is my routine for managing the pain, recovery and more importantly dealing with the mindset struggles of not training!
