black pepper - 8 g (0.29 oz)
pork chop - 1 kg (2.2 lb)
salt - 8 g (0.29 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil - 60 ml (¼ cup)
beer - 80 ml (⅓ cup)
Tray size 44 x 35 cm (17.3 x 14 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/40 minutes

for the salad:
tomatoes - 2 pieces
cucumbers - 2 pieces
yellow bell pepper - 50 g (1.76 oz)
mayonnaise - 40 g (1.4 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
