Light and refreshing Orange Cheesecake | 香橙乳酪蛋糕

I have been busy lately. Made this orange cheesecake last week but only managed to get the video done today. The orange cheese filling is no bake, pairs very with chiffon cake and orange jelly. A perfect orange cheesecake that is dreamy, light and refreshing.
这是我上个星期就做好的香橙乳酪蛋糕。最近家里有很多事情要忙,所以视频拖到今天才做好。香橙乳酪是免烤的,吃起来相对清爽,搭配戚风蛋糕体和柳橙汁做的果冻,吃多也不会腻,也没有罪恶感。
Orange Sponge Cake (33.5X24.3cm):
1)Egg yolk – 3
2)Cooking oil – 30g
3)Orange juice – 45g
4)Cake flour – 60g
5)Egg white – 3个
6)Sugar – 35g
7)Vinegar – 1/4 tsp
Orange Jelly Sandwich (9cm):
1)Orange juice – 100g
2)Gelatin powder – 4g
3)Sugar – 30g
Cheesecake fillings (6 inches):
1)Cream cheese – 200g
2)Sugar – 60g
3)Plain yogurt – 45g
4)Orange juice – 30g
5)Gelatin powder – 6g
6)Water – 30g
7)Whipping cream – 120g
Orange Jelly for deco:
1)Orange juice – 150g
2)Gelatin powder – 8g
3)Sugar – 35g
4)Orange gel food coloring
