Ingredients (pan size 21.5 cm X 9.5 cm X 9.5 cm) 2 breads

Bread flour 500g
Instant dry yeast 9g
Sugar 40 g
40 g sugar
9 g salt
180 g water
100 g milk
80g sugar-free plain yogurt
40 g butter

When using a stand mixer, all liquids should be cold.
When kneading by hand, it is easy to knead the dough by measuring only 1/2 of the ingredients.
