配方 Ingredients:

面团Dough:
酵母5克 (1/2 tbsp)
Instant dry yeast 5 g (1/2 tbsp)
白糖 7克 (1/2 tbsp)
Sugar 7 g (1/2 tbsp)
温水 325毫升 (1+1/3 cup)
Warm Water 325 ml (1+1/3 cup)
中筋面粉500克 (3.5杯)
Plain Flour or All Purpose Flour 500 g (3.5 cups)
盐3克 (1/2 tsp)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
温水 15毫升 (1tbsp)
Warm Water 15 ml (1tbsp)

馅 Fillings:
牛肉馅400克
Ground beef 400 g
生抽酱油15毫升(1勺)
Regular soy sauce 15 ml (1tbsp)
老抽酱油5毫升 (1 tsp)
Dark soy sauce 5 ml (1 tsp)
黑胡椒粉 1.5 克 (1/2 tsp)
Black pepper powder 1.5 g (1/2 tsp)
五香粉0.5克 (1/4 tsp)(选项-可加可不加)
Five spice powder 0.5 g (1/4 tsp) (optional)
凉水 50毫升
Cold water 50 ml
盐9克 (1/2勺)
Salt 9 g (1 /2 tbsp)
洋葱 250克
Onion 250 g
植物油15毫升(1tbsp)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1tbsp)
芝麻油 15 毫升 (1tbsp)
Sesame oil 15 ml (1tbsp)
