Senja Parc View was launched in October 2010 and is our very first Bukit Panjang (or non-mature estate outside Punggol) HDB feature!

As it has recently achieved its MOP in 2020 (lease started in 2015), some of you may wonder if it's worth considering a unit here. While the development is quite "ulu" (it's an 8-minute bus ride to Bukit Panjang MRT), it does have a host of amenities such as a hawker centre and an NTUC at a nearby mall - Senja Grand.

But the main attraction here is the greenery all around, and more importantly - unblocked views over the Mandai Quarry area which we'll come to see later on.

To cap things off, we end the tour with a surprising facility we've never seen before - a full-length basketball court atop the multi-storey car park!
