Here is one of the fastest and easiest dessert recipes fresher than summer. Today we show you how to prepare a tasty lemon granita with or without the use of the ice cream maker. We used organic lemons to prepare a syrup at the base of our slush. To prepare the slush we can use the ice-cream maker that will keep the preparation at the right temperature, or a blender or even a simple fork (the sugary syrup, even frozen, can be easily crushed). If we do not use the ice cream maker we must immediately consume the slush or put it in the freezer.
Ingredients:
- 1,2 cups (300 ml) of water
- 7 oz (200 gr) of caster sugar
- 8 organic lemons
