๐ŸขFRESHWATER TURTLE LAWAR: In a big bowl, mix together turtle meat, turtle skin, shredded coconut, fried onions, chili sambal, kalas (Balinese curry), salt, pinch of lime, long bean, jackfruit and bumbu.

๐ŸขFRESHWATER TURTLE SATE: Place turtle meat on a stick and grill.

๐ŸฏLAWAR NYAWAN: Place raw honeycomb in the fire, roasting it on both sides until golden brown. Mince young jackfruit, fern, coconut. In a large bowl, mix young jackfruit, fern and coconut. Mince roasted honeycomb and add to the mixture. Add boiled honeycomb, salt, seasoning (shallots, ginger, chilies garlic), fried chilies, shrimp paste, fried onions, fried garlic and lime leaf. Add more fried onion.
