HOW TO COOK OXTAIL SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 14hrs @ (185°F / 85°C)

* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
6 Oxtail
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup of carrots
1 cup of red bell peppers
1 cup of yellow bell peppers
1 cup of carrots
1 cup of celery
1 cup of asparagus
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 14oz can of tomatoes
