Sandy Wu is a Taiwanese artist, host, and daughter of the king of variety shows Jacky Wu. After returning from studying in the USA, she was an English teacher at Guang Fu Junior High school, and then, in 2016, she took on the role of host on Super Entourage. Together with her father, she won the 51st annual Golden Bell Award for best variety show host. Her skill as a host is clear to see.

Most know Sandy from her role as a host, however, this time on stage at TedxNeihu, she’s not talking about hosting. Instead, she’s speaking about her real-life experiences off-screen and her process towards self-healing.

Only when our bodies strike back do we really know not managing of our stress can do. Stress starts to manage you. After an serious illness, she realized that forcing herself to keep going and being a perfectionist had already taken its toll on her body. By beginning to accept her own imperfections, she found a way to find the right work/life balance.

In a time where we constantly talk about teamwork, what does it really mean to work together? Sandy will tell us from a group and personal point-of-view why together, we are unbeatable.

大部分人認識的Sandy，都是透過「主持人」這個角色。不過，這次在TEDxNeihu的舞台，她不談「主持」，更多的是她不同於螢光幕前的真實人生與自我療癒的歷程。
