* 60g All-purpose flour 中筋面粉 5tbsp+1/2tbsp
1. 第一次醒发1-2个小时,醒发到2倍大,有很好的蜂窝组织
2. 二次醒发40-60分钟
3. 冷水上锅,水开上汽转中火,蒸25分钟
