Making homemade bread brings me back to my childhood when my mom would bake large batches at a time. I used to watch her and sometimes she would let me help her.
I only bake small batches...

I use the basic white bread recipe, and sometimes substitute white flour to whole wheat or whole grain. I may add nuts and seeds
