Ingredients

Potato 2 medium sized

Groundnut 2 table spoon

Dried red chilli 4

Curry leaves

Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon

Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Oil

Method

Grate potatoes. Wash it to remove starch. Strain and put the grated potato in a dry cloth. Heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves, ground nut , dried red chilli and grated potatoes. Mix all these together. Sprinkle salt, Chaat masala and red chilli powder. Jhuri Aloo Bhaja is ready. It is a snack as well as a side dish for rice.
