i made whole peach cream puff. this kind of sweets has been popular in Japan, so i challenged to make!;)
pink peach is from Yamanashi prefecture and white peach is from Okayama prefecture, both peaches are so yummy!

ingredients
2 peaches
frozen pie sheet
egg yolk
30g granulated sugar
1tbsp sifted flour
200ml hot milk
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp butter(at room temperature)
