📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
400g Cream cheese
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
2 Eggs
80g (1/2 cup) White chocolate
10g (5 tsp) Matcha powder
150ml (0.65 cup) Whipping cream/heavy cream

12-cup muffin pan

150°C (300°F) bake for 15 minutes,then refrigerate for at least 2 hours

📢 Important tips
1. The eggs and cream cheese should be room temperature, not directly from the refrigerator.
2. If there are small particles in the mixture, you can strain it once.
3. After baking, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, the taste is much better.
