材料 Ingredients：
八隻冰鮮大蝦 8 King prawns
一湯匙番茄膏 1tbsp tomato purée
十八克赤砂糖 18g brown sugar
兩茶匙喼汁 2tsp Worcester sauce
六分一茶匙幼鹽 1/6tsp salt
兩茶匙紹興酒 2tsp Shaoxing wine
八十克番茄醬 80g tomato ketchup
兩厚片薑 2 slices of ginger
兩個紅蔥頭 2 shallots
適量芫茜 Coriander
一百二十毫升清水 120ml water
一湯匙生粉 1tbsp potato starch
